Jim Bailey MBA FFA
Jim completed articles many years ago in Doncaster, Yorkshire and is both a financial and management accountant..He has many years experience dealing with the tax authorities on behalf of the clients. He specialises in Year-end accounts, Management accounts and providing personal and business taxation advice.
He also is experienced in Activity Based Costing and in the design of bespoke management accounting systems. He has had work published by Management Accounting.
On a personal front, Jim lives in Ascot with his wife Tina. His personal interests include rugby, as a former player, sailing and classic cars.
Andre Kapadia FCCA
Andre qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1993 and has spent over 8 years within 'top 20' practices. He specialises in the preparation of accounts, auditing, dealing with all tax matters and general financial advice. He handles a portfolio of clients from small and start up businesses through to established medium sized family owned businesses in retailing, manufacturing, construction and property.
Andre's expertise also extends to dealing with specialist projects such as company acquisitions and bank viability investigations, including profit and cash flow projections. He has been a Financial Director and currently assists several companies at a senior level.
Andre is a Registered Auditor and joined the Accounting Partnership in October 2003.
He is married to Sonia and they have a young son. They all support Tottenham Hotspurs.
